Our client, one of Türkiye's most established law firms, had to simultaneously manage multiple processes, including case management, file tracking, and field operations. Coordinating over 60 staff members and manually managing case dates and client processes resulted in both lost time and the risk of error.

As Technoone, we have been developing comprehensive litigation and process management software since 2018 to solve these challenges for our clients.

The software we developed allows the company to manage all operations across its branches in different locations from a single platform. From secretarial work to litigation, from trademark and patent processes to grant and incentive project tracking, all processes can be easily managed through the system and in the cloud. Every stage, including bodily injury and death claims, property damage claims, consumer rights proceedings, and insurance and arbitration processes, can be monitored from a central platform.

The software protects trademark and patent files, as well as intellectual property rights. Applications, renewals, and litigation processes are automatically managed through the system, allowing companies to make rapid strategic decisions. Field operations personnel can be monitored in real time with location-based tracking. The application and tracking processes for grant and incentive projects are also integrated into the software, enabling centralized control of all processes.

Thanks to the Secretariat module, correspondence, documents, and meetings are organized digitally. This reduces staff workload and enhances data management security. Consolidating all litigation and operational processes into a single system minimizes human errors and speeds up reporting. Tracking field operations becomes easier and more accessible, while business processes become more efficient and measurable.
